Research Progress on Non-Metallic Conductive Fillers in Conductive Adhesives

Abstract：Conductive adhesives is a kind of adhesives with conductive properties after solidify or dry, which usually major consisted of matrix resin and conductive fillers. The conductive fillers in conductive adhesives must have good conductive properties. Non-metallic conductive fillers have attracted more attention recently. The update research progress and the application of carbon series, composite class and ceramic non-metallic conductive particles in conductive adhesives were summarized. At last, the future development of non-metallic conductive fillers was prospected.
