原子熒光光譜法同時測定農產品產地土壤中砷、汞

摘 要:農產品產地土壤經王水水浴直接消解,硫脲和抗壞血酸作為還原劑,采用氫化物發生原子熒光光譜法雙道同時測定砷、汞元素。結果表明,砷、汞元素校正曲線相關系數分別為0.9997和0.9999。方法檢出限砷0.010μg/g,汞 0.002μg/g。加標回收率砷為97.7%~101.4%,汞為97.3%~99.2%。

Determination of Arsenic and Mercury in Agricultural Soil by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

Abstract: The determination of arsenic and mercury in agricultural soil by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with using thiourea and ascorbic acid as reducing agent was introduced. The result showed that the correlation coefficient with calibration curve linearity of arsenic and mercury were 0.9997 and 0.9999 respectively. The detection limits of the method were0.010μg/g for arsenic, and 0.002μg/g for mercury, and the adding standard recovery was between 97.3% and 101.4%.
